Shipping & delivery

We will carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. In any case, please allow up to 3 working days for delivery within the Benelux. Orders are processed and dispatched only after payment has been received by us. We offer processed orders to carriers by 6 pm on working days so that they are on their way the same day.

If there is a longer delivery time, this will be indicated with the product or we will let you know via e-mail.

Delivery and delivery will be made via the carriers PostNL, DHL or DPD. We will state which carrier has been chosen in the e-mail confirming that the order has been processed.
All orders are shipped insured with us, so no risk to you!

From €75 FREE delivery throughout the Netherlands.
If the order amount is below € 75 and we send it as a parcel, we charge € 5.25 (incl. VAT) for the contribution to the delivery.
You can also opt for delivery to a carrier's collection point (service point delivery: € 5.25 and above € 75 free of charge, of course). You can then collect your order there at any time convenient to you.

From €100 FREE delivery in all these countries.
If the order amount is below €100, we charge €7.50 (incl. VAT) for the contribution to delivery.
If possible in the country, you can also opt for delivery to a carrier's pick-up point (service point delivery: €7.50 and above €100 free of charge, of course). You can then collect the order there, at any time convenient for you.

From €250 FREE delivery in all these countries.
