It is important that this is done properly, otherwise purifying the water will take a very long time. I don't normally write reviews easily but this certainly deserves the exception. Nice website with extensive information, everything you want to know can be found. I was on the waiting list and the email contact was fast and very friendly. Products were really incredibly well packaged, in my case 2 Berkeys. The set prices are a really good deal. Am incredibly happy with them. Water is visibly cleaner (from the tap!) so have full confidence in this product, also soft taste. Personalised card with the products, really a nice touch. Definitely going to order more and definitely recommend this webshop.

I got my Travel Berkey,as a present for my birthday after actually wanting it for years,but well there are always things that come in between and then the wish gets pushed aside every time,which is actually very stupid because good healthy water is so important in the end,so that's why I'm super happy now,was very nervous in the beginning because am I doing it right,because couldn't compare it to anyone and also a bit my nature,nervous about new things,but well I felt supported by the mail contact with the owners of this shop and it was done in no time so really happy about the installation,in the beginning I didn't notice much change in me taste,but now I really do,I notice the difference very well,I am really super happy with it,but not only me,the cat also loves it and the plants are doing much better too.and so far everyone who has had a glass with me has been drinking it, and i think it looks great too. so only happy so far!
We have had the travel Berkey in our home for a week now and are so incredibly happy with it! Also much more convenient to use than the britakan we had for years. It is very nice to know that you can now supply your body with really clean/empty and nice fresh water. Assembling it was a piece of cake, including priming the filters.
For us, now that there are only two of us, this size is just right. We will also take it with us on our trips around Europe in our motorhome. There it will have a nice permanent place.
We also particularly like Tom and Melanie's flexibility and customer-friendliness, top-notch, couldn't be better. If only all companies were like that. Our experience with them means we can only say: choose them instead of another organisation.
