Ingredients:
Yellow flaxseed flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour, paleo baking powder (tapioca flour, raising agents: tartaric acid, sodium carbonates), psyllium, bamboo fibre. Product may contain traces of nuts, seeds, peanuts and sesame seeds.

- 1 Small bread mix
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml (sparkling) water
- 1 tbsp oil or coconut oil
Mix the eggs, water and melted oil together with the flour mix until smooth in a bowl. Let the batter rest for at least 15 minutes. Then form a ball with wet hands and place on baking paper. If necessary, slice the bread for a nice rise. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 180°C for 60 minutes.
