The selected flours come from tubers (konjac and tapioca), flaxseed and coconut. With Tr-eat Primal Bread, you also choose the glucomannan fibre from konjac. This good fibre has numerous benefits on our intestinal flora and bowel function and helps to lose weight. This bread is very easy to prepare and can be baked in an oven.

Ingredients:
Yellow flaxseed flour, konjac flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour, paleo baking powder (tapioca flour, raising agents: tartaric acid, sodium carbonates, salt). Product may contain traces of nuts, seeds, peanuts and sesame seeds.

– 5 eieren
– 50 ml water
– 1 el olie of kokosolie
Mix the eggs, water and melted oil together with the flour mix until smooth in a bowl. Let the batter rest for at least 15 minutes. Then form an oblong loaf with wet hands and place on baking paper. If necessary, slice the bread for a nice rise. Bake the loaf in a preheated oven at 180°C for 70 minutes.
