The ProOne ProMax Shower Filter

Take a shower with this shower filter and experience it for yourself. This filter features a 4-stage filtration process using new RF water filter element technology and is suitable for the standard 1/2″ shower connection. It helps protect your skin from the unhealthy effects of contaminants that may be in the water. Independent laboratory tests show that the ProOne ProMax shower filter helps reduce more than 200 contaminants, including VOCs, heavy metals, pesticides, chloramines, chlorine, fluoride, herbicides, pharmaceuticals and odour. Tested to NSF/ANSI-42 and 53 standards. It also helps control limescale, algae and bacteria. Each filtration stage uses a unique patented formula of infused microporous foamTM disc media designed to target a specific group of contaminants.
This ProOne ProMax shower filter is made of ABS plastic and is PBA-free. In addition, the replaceable filter.

What is included with the ProOne ProMax shower filter?

The ProOne ProMax shower filter comes with a pre-installed ProMax filter cartridge in a chrome-plated housing. Teflon tape and an instruction booklet (English) are also included in the box. The shower filter fits the standard 1/2″ shower connection. Dimensions approximately: 9 by 13 cm.
 

Installation instructions:

1. Clean the connection of the tap or shower arm and hose or shower head (i.e. where you want to connect the shower filter)
2. Apply 3 layers of Teflon tape to the connection and to the lower connection of the shower filter (clockwise)
3. Make sure the rubber ring is in the upper connection of the shower filter
4. Attach the shower filter to the tap or shower arm and hose or shower head and tighten clockwise (CAUTION! DO NOT overtighten).
5. Turn on the tap to the desired temperature
6. Let the water run for a few minutes without standing under it yourself
7. You're done and you can enjoy the ProOne ProMax shower filter

Notes:
- If there is leakage between the two housings, try tightening them. If this does not help, loosen the housings and check that the O-ring is properly seated in the groove. If necessary, you can reverse the O-ring. Then retighten the housings properly and test again. Keep repeating these actions until the leakage is no longer there.
- Replace the replacement filter between 6 and 9 months.
