The ProOne Big II Water Filter has an exclusive design to see how much water is in the bottom container just by looking at it. The ProOne Big II Water Filter is made of heavy-duty BPA-, BPS- and BPF-free plastic for longevity and has a BPA-free plastic tap. It comes with a carrying bag.

The ProOne G2.0 filter elements are NSF-certified (NSF/ANSI 42) and tested by an independent laboratory according to NSF/ANSI standards 42, 53, P231, P401 and P473. The ProOne G2.0 filter elements are proven to reduce/remove more than 200 contaminants, including fluoride, chlorine, chloramines, VOCs, bacteria, pharmaceuticals, lead and heavy metals, while leaving beneficial minerals in the water. They are infused with silver to prevent bacterial growth.

First-time use:

The ProOne water filter is easy to install, without tools or electricity. Please refer to our library, here include manuals, instructional videos and answers to frequently asked questions. For example, here is the manual for the ProOne Big II Water Filter 9.5L. Here is also a short step-by-step guide:
1. Remove the product from the box and set the filter element(s) aside for now.
2. Clean the trays, lid and tap with liquid mild detergent. DO NOT PUT IN THE DISHWASHER! Dry with a soft cloth.
3. Attach the tap to the lower tray.
4. Remove the filter element(s) from the packaging. Remove the wing nut and washer from the filter handle. While holding the plastic base of the filter element with one hand, hold it under running cold tap water, rinse and scrub for 2 minutes. MAKE SURE NO WATER GETS INTO THE STEM OF THE FILTER ELEMENT!
5. Insert the stem (with rubber washer on it) of the filter element through the hole in the upper tray. Tighten the wing nut on the UNDER SIDE of the upper tray. Do not over-tighten. Do this with all the filter elements you want to use or cap the remaining holes with a blocking plug.
6. Place the upper tray on top of the lower tray.
7. Fill the upper container with water and place the lid. DO NOT USE HOT WATER!
8. Discard the first two or three cycles of filtered water.
9. You are now ready to use and can enjoy the filtered water.
CAUTION: Do not place this filter in direct sunlight
