Instructions for use of Aqua Aurora Breath Vitaliser

Inhale on the narrow side of the breath vitaliser. Do this as required 3x to 5x a day at least 5x in a row. It is also fine by taking the vitaliser in your hand and breathing in with your mouth against the hand.
