Ingredients:
Almond flour, flaxseed flour, konjac, bamboo fibre, psyllium husk, paleo baking powder, salt. Product may contain traces of nuts, peanuts and sesame seeds.

Preparation

- 2 eggs
- 150 ml sparkling water
- optional 6 g lemon juice
- 1 Keto & Low Carb Bread mix

Mix the eggs, water and optionally the lemon juice until frothy. Add the keto flour mix and mix until fluffy in a bowl. Let the bread rest for a while, then carefully remove the batter from the bowl with wet hands. Carefully form an oval loaf without flattening the fluffy batter. Place the loaf on baking paper. If necessary, slice the bread for a nice rise. And sprinkle some seeds on top if necessary. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 180°C for 60 minutes.

Let the bread cool.
