Exchanges or returns

It is very important to us that you are satisfied with the purchased items. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Exchange

Exchanging is of course no problem either. The procedure for exchanging an item is the same as for returning it. You can then simply order the desired items again via the webshop in the same way you previously placed an order.

Important information regarding your return at a glance:

• The trial period for your item(s) is 30 days from receipt. Within this trial period, you can exercise your right of withdrawal by filling in the form below. After revocation, you still have 14 days to return the products to us.
• If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when returning it.
• Within the trial period, the item may be removed from its packaging, looked at and tested as you would in a shop. Please ensure that no damage occurs during viewing and testing so that the article remains in its original condition.
• If damage does occur to the item during the viewing period, you will be liable for depreciation. Any depreciation will be deducted from the return amount. If there is a reduction in value, we will contact you as soon as we find out.
• The item is, if reasonably possible, in its original packaging.
• You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return. For partial returns that fall below the threshold amount for shipping, we are entitled to charge shipping costs for the remaining products. This will be deducted from the credit.
