We encourage you to raise complaints with us first by emailing to info@alternatievemiddelen.nl or call 085-0433200. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur Foundation. So you can go to them for complaints and disputes.

It is important to us that reviews give the best possible picture of our products and service. Our reviews are therefore managed, impartially, by WebwinkelKeur.
