We encourage you to raise complaints with us first by emailing to info@alternatievemiddelen.nl. If this does not lead to a resolution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur Foundation. From 15 February 2016, it will also be possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.

It is important to us that reviews give the best possible picture of our products and service. Our reviews are therefore managed, impartially, by WebwinkelKeur.
